Four Hands Property Services is a locally owned, family-operated Saskatoon-area business. Your scheduled Home Watch inspections are personally completed by David and Kirsten not passed between unfamiliar employees or subcontractors.
We are both established working professionals with clean criminal records and professional backgrounds built around trust, accountability, communication and attention to detail.
David brings more than two decades of experience in public safety, investigation, supervision and documentation, while Kirsten is an experienced educator with more than two decades in a profession centered on responsibility, organization and trust.
As homeowners, landlords and property owners ourselves, we understand how important it is to know exactly who is entering your home while you are away.

What We Check During a Home Watch Visit
Every scheduled Home Watch visit is completed using a consistent visual checklist designed to identify obvious concerns, document the condition of your property and keep you informed while you are away.

Before you leave, we recommend confirming your insurer’s requirements so your Home Watch schedule can be tailored accordingly.

Reliable residential snow removal for Saskatoon & area — automatic service without having to call after every snowfall.
Saskatchewan winters can be unpredictable. Four Hands Property Services offers dependable monthly residential snow removal so your driveway, sidewalks and walkways are taken care of throughout the winter.
Monthly clients receive automatic service following approximately 2.5 cm (1 inch) or more of new snow accumulation. There is no need to watch the forecast and contact us after every storm — when qualifying snow falls, we add your property to the route.
Choose the monthly service level that fits your property, with options for single, standard double and larger residential driveways.
